We had an amazing meal with the best wine pairing of our 2 week gastronomic tour of France. The place is spotless, service impecable, the chef is very attentive, and the food was mostly very remarcable. Didn’t care much for the beef dish and the one before it, but they change the menu seasonally all the time. Highly recommended.

Went in 2016, it was an incredible experience, amazing food and the sake pairing..... it was so good we still talk about it. I see people complaining about the wine pairing, if you are in Japan, what are you doing drinking wine? Would you ask for sake in Paris? Then….. came back in 2023, the menu has cleared change, it’s french\ Japanese fusión now, not as good as before, maybe it works better for the locals, the food was ok, but not remarkable for the $500 Christmas’s menu. I still give it 5 stars but I’m not inclined to come back.

Casa Pilatos is a must see in Sevilla. It takes a little walk to get there, but it's totally worth it if you like history and architecture. It's an oasis that makes you go back Rome, yes to Rome, the house and gardens look very Italian.
