Local food, famous nasi lemak, packed during lunch hours (11.30am to 2pm). Although the opening hours is up to 4pm, do not come after 2pm as there is no choice of food, and most of the stalls will be closed.
Lovely quaint foodcourt with not much tourist. Seems to be a local frequented place with Penang delicacies. We tried the nasi lemak with prawns RM3, super spicy but tasty! And char kuay teow (which didn’t come with siham) RM8. Ordered Ho kar sai which is RM3+. Seems like prices has risen and similar to KL prices. Parking is located next to he foodcourt but a paid one.
Came by the other day. People really friendly, helpful. Can walk to the front and back with ease. Lots of food to choose from. I even saw durian ice cream being sold at the front. There might or might not be a self serve "buffet" (pay as much as you eat) as well.

A clean and amiable environment to have breakfast with a superb selection of food varieties and cuisines! Definite must try are the famous Ali nasi lemak! Be sure to give the wanton mee and char kuay teow (with duck egg) a try as well! Prices are wallet friendly :)
Other than nasi lemak, do try their sotong mee and char kuay teow. Although not prominently featured, the char kuay teow here is actually pretty good and there’s no queue at all. Would skip the oyster omelette and Hokkien mee though.
The nasi lemak here is incredibly flavorful. I tried chicken nasi lemak, the chicken is so flavourful and tender. Beyond my expectations. Each serving is only 3MYR and served warm. Another highlight is Char Koay Teow. It's 8MYR, loaded with MANY ingredients like pork lard, Chinese sausage, big prawns, fish cakes, and bean sprouts, and the portion size is generous!! The food court is clean, spacious, and well-ventilated. Surely will come here more often!
Located along a street where all the major banks are, is your typical georgetown coffee shop.
But the differentiator is the stall selling old school nasi lemak packed using banana leaf(RM3 each). It is spicy though. But definitely worth a try.
