burgers and fries were made fresh and hot when served. fries were a tad too salty for my liking and frankly in my view nothing to write home about. service and atmosphere is great here and it’s not crowded most of the time.
the cheeseburger already had 2 patties (which i did not know) and i added an extra patty following the advice of the cashier

The food was decent—not amazing, but not bad either. I appreciated the option of chili tomato sauce, which was quite nice.
Ordering through the self-serve terminal was convenient and allowed me to skip the lines.
However, finding a table was a challenge due to how busy the place was. When I finally found one, I had to clean it with my own wipes from the previous diners. This seems to be the downside of dining at a popular spot.

Shake shack is the best place for burgers and milkshakes, period. Their burger menus are way way better compared to McD, Burger King and any other competitor.
The perfect blend of smokiness, the spicy cherry pepper, the crispy bacon combined into perfect burgers. The classic vanilla milkshakes is also to die for.
And enjoying those burgers and milkshakes and then burn all those calories in flower dome or cloud forest is even better!

Shake Shack is one of my favorite fast food chains now after I first tried it in Bangkok. The bun in the burgers is super soft, the burger itself is flavourful and delicious. I had the basic shackburger and I loved it. This particular location is very good because there's a lot of natural light inside and a view of Sentosa island

The burgers are nice but the price is ridiculous. 18 bucks for some fast food, double patty cheese burger. Fries were an extra 10 bucks. So yeah, it's good but not mind blowing or anything. So the price really doesn't reconcile with the quality and experience.
Also try not to do an web order. Once they make your order they leave it on the shelf. Waiting for you to come pick it up. I was waiting in my seat like an idiot for a good while thinking they'd call my name

Heard about and came across this place for some time now but didn't have the inclination to try it. Finally gave it a go as I was having some burger cravings.
Got the nbcb, fries and a matcha milkshake. Fries and milkshake were quite standard. For the burger, I really agree with what Alderic stated in his YouTube video - the patty is really over seasoned. I'm someone who can take heavier flavours but I was tasting the salt more than anything. I also couldn't feel the cheese in my burger. The texture of the meat patty is also not pleasant and I thought it was really dry. It's one of the rare times I thanked myself for not getting the double patties.

First time trying Five Guys. I'd say their burger is good, fries are made of real potatoes and huge. Beef Patty is super Juicy which I like. Vanilla Milkshake is way too sweet. Suggest to share with someone, otherwise you need to chop legs!😂
Overall, Can eat but not that fantastic. If I had a choice to pick Between Five Guys or SS (Shake Shack) I would go for SS🍔😆

We got the regular cheeseburger and a shroom burger for lunch; both were pretty good.
The order took a while to be prepared, even after the lunch rush hour. My only gripe was that I specifically requested the cheese to be served on the side for my fries, as I don't like soggy fries, but the request was blatantly forgotten. I didn't bother to request a new one since we were rushing for time.

A new joint recently opened in Malaysia with a long queue, but luckily, there was no queue here, so I decided to give it a try! You place your order at the self-service machine and collect your burgers at the counter. I opted for the chicken shack burger, and it was huge. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. However, while the smore shake tasted great, its presentation was a bit of a letdown compared to what was shown.
Had the GCB with a meal (drink and onion rings) as I had fond memories of it as a gourmet burger place. Although the burger patty was juicy, unfortunately the taste didn't really do justice to the wagyu meat. The truffle mayo sauce was it's saving grace. Slight regrets on getting the onion rings. In hindsight I should have stuck to their fries which is a safer bet. While the experience is acceptable, it's not really that value for money when compared to other burger options.
Pricey $11.80 for a burger, tho it was good, price was a bit of a turnoff. Fries were crispy and hot. Gotten my order wrongly, waiting time was quite a while tho the restaurant was not crowded. They serve water and clean toilets.
The beef patty is very juicy and tender.
Sauce for GCB burger is very yummy!

Really good burgers to say the least. It will definitely hit the spot and fulfill your craving.
We usually get it for delivery/take out. But, dining in does make a difference.

Die Wartezeit auf den Burger lohnt sich definitiv. Alles wird frisch zubereitet. Geschmack und aussehen jedesmal 1A. Nicht wie in anderen Burgerllokalen wo einfach der Burger lieblos zusammen gepappt wird. Hier war es immer lecker.
