Hi! Me and my titas have some problems with the service so I don't recommend going 2 this branch if you want your order. 2/10. Your food is literally the same. I do not care about your food. I'm literally just here to eat dinner. Anyway, read Homestuck and eat at another fast food place or a different branch. ^_^
May dugo ung chicken and under cook.. under cook ung pasta.. rush hour siguro kasi and mabilis nabigay sakin ung food..

They promised us to have our food in the next 10-15 mins for our food to be prepared however, it was almost 30 mins before it was served. and take note there were only few customers in the store at that moment. How much more if it was rush hour. The food is barely satisfying as we found that the steak that we had was not as tender as we expected or at least good. Overall the experience was just good.
First the cashier added something on my bill which I didn't order so I have to ask it to be removed. Second it took 30 minutes before they served our orders. Third after waiting for 30 minutes they served our chicken meal without gravy. As per the staff they run out of gravy and fries. At last after eating our meal that's the time they served our fries and palabok for my son. The store staff deployment is so disorganized. Totally disappointing.
Hands down the worst experience ive ever had. Had to wait 35 minutes for my food and when I made a follow up with my order turned out they forgot about it, the staff even looked at me like it was my fault glaring at me and kept pointing at me. bear in mind that I only have 1 hour for my lunch it took them another 15 minutes to figure out that they forgot my order. They did give me my refund but the thing is, this was not the first time it happened. The food is good but never again would I come back and recommend this place

Mga dangghag maning mga crew incomplete ang gi hatag na take out Jollibee matina pa double check busa inyo e release ang food .
Kulang order ko, hindi ko na chineck yung paper bag kasi sabi order’s complete eh dalawa lang naman yun and tinignan pa ng server yung receipt ko bago ilagay sa paper bag so akala ko naman nadouble check na rin niya. Pag uwi ko, kulang pala. Hassle na bumalik at nakauwi na.
Make sure to bring your own water if you will not buy any of their drinks. Parang napilitan lang yata na magbigay ng water. So sad.

Dumating ako sa Davao mula sa Japan. Pumunta ako sa Jollibee para maghapunan ngayon kasama ang isang kaibigan. Malutong at masarap ang manok ng Jollibee.

E ininum ko nman kasi nag balik nga sa real color
Ayun kumakain na ako at nong natapos ako umuwi na ako then pag dating ko sa kanto namin bigla sumakit tiyan ko wala naman ako ibang kinain simula 2pm at nka pag cr ako around 4 sa work area ko kaya empty stomach talaga ako ng kumain at hanggang ngayon ang basa ng dumi ko pag ito hindi nag stop i will go to the doctor sorry pero wala ako ma isip sorry
