We ordered Fried Hito for my son but when it was served it has full of chili's on top. I don't know if it's for presentation or what but order takers should inform their guest about these things. Chili's are not for everyone especially not for kids.

First the cashier added something on my bill which I didn't order so I have to ask it to be removed. Second it took 30 minutes before they served our orders. Third after waiting for 30 minutes they served our chicken meal without gravy. As per the staff they run out of gravy and fries. At last after eating our meal that's the time they served our fries and palabok for my son. The store staff deployment is so disorganized. Totally disappointing.
