In Wien kosten alle Kirchen was.
A small but beautiful Baroque church. Really enjoyed the intricate decorations on the ceiling.
Beautiful and huge mosaic of the Last Supper inside the church.
That's one of the places of worship I liked most in Salzburg!
Multă liniște sufletească și rugăciune!
Magnifique Église avec une voute exceptionnelle. A voir.
Huge, quiet, very old.
Copy of Last Supper on the wall. This copy was ordered by Napoleon. Now church open every day. It has also services three times per day.

also known as the Santissima Trinità dei Pellegrini e dei Forfait, is a beautiful and historic place of worship that has been serving the Italian community in Vienna for over 300 years. The church, which is located in the Innere Stadt district of Vienna, was built in the early 18th century in the Baroque style and is a prime example of the ornate and elaborate architecture that was popular at the time.

One of the most interesting facts about the Italian National Church of Mary of the Snows is that it was originally built to serve as a place of worship for Italian pilgrims who were traveling through Vienna on their way to Rome. The church was named after a miraculous snowfall that occurred on the Esquiline Hill in Rome in 358 AD, which is said to have saved the city from a severe drought.

Another interesting fact about the Italian National Church of Mary of the Snows is that it was the first church in Vienna to be built specifically for the Italian community. Prior to its construction, Italians in Vienna had to attend mass at other churches, which were not always welcoming or accommodating to their needs. The Italian National Church of Mary of the Snows was therefore a much-needed and much-appreciated addition to the city's religious landscape.

In addition to its historical and cultural significance, the Italian National Church of Mary of the Snows is also a beautiful and peaceful place to visit. The interior of the church is adorned with ornate frescoes and paintings, and the acoustics are excellent, making it a wonderful place to hear mass or to simply sit and meditate. Overall, the Italian National Church of Mary of the Snows is a must-see destination for anyone visiting Vienna, and is sure to leave a lasting impression on all who visit
Merita sa o vizitati. Delicata, maiestoasa, o vibratie aparte ce-ti umple sufletul.
Early morning over Minoritenkirche or the Conventual Church of Friars Minor. First Franciscans or friars minor appeared in Vienna in 1221. Construction of church started in 1276. Choir was accomplished in 1316-1328 and construction was over in 1350. That's why church demonstrates typical Gothic appearance. Its belfry originally had gothic dome and tall spire. This spire was damaged during first siege of Vienna by Ottoman Army in 1529 but it was renovated in 1633. Dome with spire was badly damaged again during second siege of Vienna by Ottomans in 1683. This time damaged dome and spire were replaced by flat top. Vienna, 🇦🇹 Austria 🇦🇹. January 3, 2014.
Es zieht mich seit Tagen immer wieder hier her

Himmlisch
Extraordinary church in central Salzburg. The church doubles in height towards the rear with the roof being supported by amazing tree-like pillars which soar upwards. Free to visit and open most of the time. The church is part of the cathedral - residenz complex and is connected to the state apartments by secret passageways.
Quite hidden and not full of tourists, this church is a little gem in the Vienna city center. The architecture was definitely influenced by the Gothic style. The mosaic of the Last Supper is something awesome. It is worth a visit.
Another gothic style church. Some of the features quite interesting. I’m not sure I’m a fan of the e posed brick interior but it’s a cheaper building material from marble. The towering columns were impressive and still amazes me that they were able to construct these types of buildings. Well worth having a look
