This is a huge place with plenty of seats to choose from. You order and pay at the counter. Variety of food is very limited but we liked what we have ordered. Street parking available around the cafe.

Although this place is housed at a rather old shoplot, they maintained their hygiene and neatness. The seniors there do both serving and taking orders. They were very patient and friendly. Food taste like home-cooked dishes and gives you this warmth feeling.

My third time there and I told the boy in glasses that he should smile more since he is at the front counter. Not sure why he is showing his sulking face. Perhaps he had a bad day? I personally prefer this cafe as it has loads of varieties and different menus: one for breakfast and another for lunch. They have a private compound for parking. However, pricing is skewed towards higher end. But for the taste and service, it is definitely worth it provided they maintain their standards throughout which we hope they do!

Yang Yang catering offers an extensive range of dishes. They are really honest and friendly business people. Their service is tip top and they will go all out for their customers. You know that their dishes are home recipe and do not contain any artificial flavoring.

Located right in the middle of the CBD of Penang, this place is always packed especially during lunch time of office hours. There have been some changes to the stall before and after the pandemic. But some of the good ones are still there such as the fried rice stall and the fish bihun/vermicelli. The food court recently implemented another new rule to patrons on drink-ordering.
