Just a small walk in cafe at Hussainabad. Very affordable and good food.

First of all, empty restaurant on a Friday night says it all for any food place. There was only one waitor even who was not on the table to take orders and we had to call him. Then he informed us that since their catering business is high in demand due to which waitors availability in the restaurant is limited. After Sobremessa this was the second biggest disappointment in a month. Food is yet to be served so not commenting on it at the moment.

It was my first visit which did not went very well in terms of service and the attitude of the owner or the manager whoever it was. The food was served after an hour or more. But the food was good. It is over a 35 years old restaurant with aged waitors and so is their service and attitude but again its an old school type restaurant so its ok.

The concept of food street was started from Lahore. The main difference between Karachi and Lahore food street is the residents of the surrounding area have alternate route to move around where as in Karachi (burns road and Hussainabad) is residents and visitors uses the same route which creates a lot of mess and cleanliness is zero in Hussainabad and may two or three in burns road. Food of Hussainabad is much economical than in burns road but the quality of burns road is way ahead. All the management need is to improve the environment of these food street by keeping it clean and the food stalls need to modernised a little. It could be the biggest tourists attraction in Karachi.

Very neat and clean place and quick service. They don't have any type of spicy or chilli sauces and they don't offer straws with drinks.
