Got there at 4:30 PM , placed order by 4:40 PM for a smash burger, another beef burger, and affogato. 5:10 got our drink then we inquired at 5:25 how long is it going to take, we were told 5 minutes. Asked again at 5:35, were told that our gas went out a while back and were waiting for another gas tank, we were not even updated. Food came at 5:55, until then our new born had gotten up. Took one bite of the burger and it was cold. I understand stuff happens, but keeping the customer informed should be a priority. We had no choice to take it take away, and ate at home. Burgers were trashed and beef was very chewy.
Haven't tried anything else, but would not recommend the beef burgers.

- Address location is incorrect and you will reach a different destination if coming from Careem or Yango.
- After calling and asking for directions on phone call, requesting for live location on Whatsapp - no one from this Cafe will properly guide to the proper address or location.
Horrible, horrible first impressions and pathetic customer service from Javed, Manager.
- Owners of this Cafe should investigate the waiters and person taking phone calls because the Cafe has hired dumb persons causing business loss and eventual bad word of mouth with negative publicity.
- No waiter will even ask for water but they are worried serving other chicky-type customers while new customers suffer

The location was a bit hard to find but the staff was super friendly and the service was good. The ambiance was great as well and the food was delicious. I recommend their Korean chicken wings starter and their trio of sliders. Will definitely revisit!
