Fav mall when we still leave in Quirino, it got all the necessary stuff you need as a local. But not so much imported stuff for westerners in their supermarket. Department store is good value for money given the price you pay for items. Service wise, employees are helpful and friendly.

This place is a must visit when in Davao. A good place for families. The rooms are old but well maintained. They have a pool for kids. Playground is huge but needs maintenance. The farm needs a lot of work. But the aviary is really entertaining with all the birds and parrots you can pet. The chocolate museum is a good place to hang out when its hot outside. The staff is very accomodating as well.

One of the oldest resorts in Samal Island but well maintained. The rooms are quite big compared to other resorts of the same price. They have a lot of staff making their service fast. They keep their beach clean all the time. Food is okey for the price you pay. They have several playgrounds for kids and an aviary, all in good condition. I recommend this if you have 3 days or more in Davao city and want to enjoy the white sand beach. You can take a ferry, last ride going back to Davao is 4pm...esp if you are here as a tourist.
