I like that they have their own port for their guests. The staffs are friendly but the rules are quite far out, maybe because there are guests that are abusive. The villas are restful and quite big for 2 pax only.

Food servings takes an hour so better anticipate the order time.

Overall, our experience was largely positive, thanks to exceptional customer service, a clean room, and convenient beach access. While there were minor inconveniences with WiFi and food pricing, the hotel's amenities and attentive staff made our stay enjoyable and memorable.

I must say, Paradise Resort is a bit underrated. The place offers a far much better ambiance if you're looking to go for a day tour with family and friends. The beach is clean. Staff were great. They have wider selections on food. They have shopping store for tourists to buy souvenirs and swimming facilities.
They have entertainment band when we visited in the afternoon on a Saturday

One of the oldest resorts in Samal Island but well maintained. The rooms are quite big compared to other resorts of the same price. They have a lot of staff making their service fast. They keep their beach clean all the time. Food is okey for the price you pay. They have several playgrounds for kids and an aviary, all in good condition. I recommend this if you have 3 days or more in Davao city and want to enjoy the white sand beach. You can take a ferry, last ride going back to Davao is 4pm...esp if you are here as a tourist.

One of my relatives in Davao recommended this Beach Resort in Samal Island, ferry going to the island is near the city. We did a side trip when we visited Davao, day tour only and we enjoyed every minute of it. The place is clean and organized. It has white sand, but not as fine as Boracay. Crystal clear waters! Seafood Paella and Baked Salmon is a must try. Will definitely go back to this place. 👍

The location and view is great. The place was clean and many activities to choose from. There's a live band and plenty of tables to sit. There were also plenty of people that will assist you. However when we there last 4/9 the service wasn't fast. We had to wait longer than expected.

But at least the food was great! We were there until 4PM only since that's the last scheduled trip back to the city.

I have stayed at Paradise multiple times and go there on day trips. The beach is top 3 on Samal with the white sand and many activities you can do. The food and drinks are good and fair priced. The only negative for me is the music blasting. But this the Phillipines and you can’t have everything. But one of my favorites.
