I feel very hurt and humiliated after trying to get my simple right for retrieving a missing belt for a coat I bought 4 days/ 3 working days ago. Very bad attitude from the people working there! Terrible experience with insulting insinuations that we stole the belt and are hiding it somewhere. Actually not insinuation, they actually said it. What use would I have for an extra trench coat belt?? It is the first time ever to be treated with such demeaning manners. And now we’re left with a faulted coat which is a present btw.
If you’re ever to buy anything from this store, check very carefully as they’re careless “ although they say they would write anything wrong with the items before selling. Wink wink” and if there’s anything wrong with the item you bought. THEY WILL ACCUSE YOU OF DOING IT YOURSELF!
