I came here for blood work for a 9:50 appointment. 50 minutes later I am still here and the desk lady couldn't give me a time of how much longer. The other quest building of 27 in goshen i am in out. I will not b coming back here.

She is great compassionate Doctor

I haven't been to the clinic yet but oh my gosh the direction is horrible. They put the sign pointing to the clinic way down to the end of the street when there should be a sign soon after you get into the guard gate. That saus, clinic this way. so they put the sign way down to the the the bottom of the street at the intersection. Tells you to turn left, then turn left and then when you get closer they don't put a sign and say clinic this way. So you have to walk around like an idiot to try to find the clinic when the clinic was right opposite the guard gate. Horrible.

I love Dr. Thurgood! She is very knowledgeable and she cares about her patients.

Really bad voice instructions. Very difficult to find! Had to go twice through loop.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am to the team at Agile Occupational Medicine in Wilmington, CA. From my very first visit, Amy Cervantes and Evelyn Gonzalez at the front desk have shown remarkable consideration, compassion, and kindness. Their warm and welcoming demeanor sets a positive tone for the entire visit.

Most importantly, I want to extend my deepest thanks to Dr. Shayla Matthews. Dr. Matthews, your compassion and respectful approach are truly commendable. Unlike many physicians, you are never condescending, and for that, I am incredibly grateful. You listened to my concerns with empathy and understood the extent of my pain, which I’ve been dealing with in my back and neck for so long. Your ability to genuinely hear your patients makes all the difference in the world.

Despite living quite a distance from your location in Wilmington, I continue to make the drive because of the exceptional customer service provided by your team. This level of care and dedication is a shining example of outstanding customer service. You all are an amazing staff, and I sincerely hope your employer recognizes and appreciates your hard work as much as I do.

To anyone considering Agile Occupational Medicine, I highly recommend them. If Amy, Evelyn, and Dr. Matthews are still part of the team, I am even contemplating making Agile my primary physician’s office. Thank you all for your incredible care and service!

Dr. Becky is the ABSOLUTELY BEST and the whole staff.. SUPER professional demeanor and Dr. Becky is hilarious with an amazing smile and sense of humor. Not all uptight and stuffy like some physicians.

I didn't like the customer service.

Going into my First work place injury I was nervous of going to a workers comp doctor because all I hear is horror stories about how unfair they are and they just treat you like just another paycheck walking through the door. That’s NOT the case at Agile Occupational Medicine under Dr. Rebecca Wattenbarger and her whole team from the Front desk that always welcomes you with a smile and welcomes you by your first name… The Nurses who have you wait very little and are ready at the time of your appointment and by the Physical Therapist who listens and makes sure I am being heard and have a plan that I’m comfortable with. Dr. Wattenbarger has had open ears and listened to me and my concerns from the day I was first admitted til now with my upcoming surgery, she has my health and recovery as her Number ONE priority!! I am fortunate that I am being treated here and if you have this location as an option to be treated, you would be foolish not to come here !!! Everyone in this office should be happy that they are making a positive impact on people’s lives each and every day!!

I had a great experience here. I needed a procedure done and they scheduled me for surgery a month later with no problems. Dr. Liu is excellent.

This pharmacy by far is the worst I’ve ever had the pharmacist waited till closing to tell me my Dr had to call them when it could have been communicated a lot sooner that left me with no insulin and now it’s still a fight with them to get my meds was treated like a nobody off the streets no respect from them whatsoever

I have been to Dr. Sarah Cigna's SAGA center for a few times. Doctors are nice, but the scheduler Portia is very rude and inefficient. Portia won't call you back to schedule an appointment for weeks even with imminent appointment requests by doctors and multiple reminders from her colleagues. She only calls back with significant grievances and attack - such behaviors are unacceptable! @Dr. Sarah Cigna, please don't let a scheduler ruin SAGA center's good reputation - kindly consider replacing Portia with a scheduler who knows how to behave appropriately. It is important that your clinic's patients be respected and taken good care of in and out of the clinic.

I get in and out fairly quickly and when I need a prescription filled it's usually done that day within hours. I love my provider she is so understanding and listens to me with no judgement.... Actually switching my kiddos there also!

-ZERO STARS. If you are looking for providers who will shuffle you off from one doctor after another as if they're playing "Hot potato" or "Not it" with you as a patient, medically gaslight you, never return calls or portal messages, and are dismissive about your pain and the seriousness of your condition i.e. fibroids/endometriosis... This is the place for you!

After 5 years of trying to get a hysterectomy here due to the excruciating pain I am in every month, after multiple unreturned calls and messages to the office to speak with Dr. Lui about putting me on the schedule for surgery I ended up going to Washington Hospital Center. The Urogynecologist there without hesitation said he will do my surgery after hearing all that I have been through with GW dept. Of Gynecology. He was SHOCKED at the bogus excuses and incompetence of the specialists at GW.

My husband and I have both been seeing Dr. Thurgood and we are extremely happy about our recent change in our PCP. Dr. Thurgood shows genuine concern for all of our medical issues and takes the time we need to understand and participate in any medical/ treatment plan she recommends. Her knowledge in all areas of medicine, and experience with elder care, is beyond valuable! We highly recommend her for anyone looking for a PCP.

Twice I have been here and both times my appointments have been less than 10 minutes. They do not take time to voluntarily explain anything beyond the absolute essential information and yet they made me feel like my follow up questions are an inconvenience to their time. Dismissive about the side effects/negative experiences I was sharing with them about my Mirena IUD.

Would not recommend if you are a woman who is interested in a provider who is considerate of the interconnectedness of woman’s health. (Hormone balance, gut health, mental health, etc)

Ok this one is waaay less "ghetto" than the Foggy Bottom location (can a minority call their own dog whistle?) but yall know what I mean. Maybe I should say the front desk staff was more professional than the Foggy Bottom location rather than perpetuate any more stereotypes. Anyway came in for a follow up. Saw NP Ahearn she just did a quick ultrasound, we heard the baby's heartbeat and she reassured me baby was all good. Quick simple and wasnt subjected to any long waits or neck rolls (lol im sorry I couldnt resist IYKYK)
