I bought several souvenirs and refunded some on the same day, but even after three weeks, the money hasn’t been returned to my card. I took a photo of the receipt and ran it through a translator, only to find out it’s not a cancellation receipt but something like a gift voucher. I clearly requested a refund and received inconsistent amounts. When I received the receipt, I asked if it was a cancellation, and they said it was.

Without any explanation, they gave me a gift voucher, and the next day, I bought more souvenirs. If I had known it was a voucher, I would have used it. Who would think that this paper was a gift voucher? Naturally, I thought it was a cancellation receipt and discarded it, only to find out it was a gift voucher, which is truly unpleasant. Shouldn’t they at least explain this? This makes me feel like I’ve been scammed, and I can’t leave a good review. It's clear I’m a foreign tourist who doesn't speak Turkish, and it seems like they intentionally gave me a gift voucher.

기념품 이것 저것 사고 당일 몇가지 환불 했는데 카드에 돈이 3주가 지나도 안들어와서 영수증 사진 찍어놓은거 번역기 돌려보니 취소영수증이 아니라 금액권 같은거네요. 환불 해달라고 요청 확실하게 했고, 금액도 중구난방으로 주길래, 영수증 받고 이거 취소된거냐고 물어보니 맞다고 그랬습니다. 아무런 설명도 없이 마음대로 금액권으로 주고, 심지어 다음날 가서 또 기념품 이것저것 구매했는데 금액권인줄 알았으면 사용했죠.
이 종이를 누가 금액권으로 생각합니까? 당연히 취소 영수증이라고 생각하고 취소 된거냐니 그렇다고 하니 버렸는데 금액권이라니 진짜 불쾌합니다.
최소한 설명이라도 해줘야 하는거 아닌가요? 사기꾼도 아니고 어떻게 마트 체인점에서 이렇게 대응하는지 사기당한거 같아서 좋은 리뷰는 남길 수 없군요. 튀르키예어 하나도 못하는 외국인 관광객인거 뻔히 보였을텐데 고의로 금액권 줬다고밖에 생각이 들지 않네요.

I was looking for a hyper market in taksim area and then i found a good one here

I am extremely disappointed with this place.
First of all to enter is already very unpleasant, the guards at the entrance really make your blood boil. We went with our little dog and the guards were so unbearable that I don't even want to say what I really think.
Also once in the supermarket they had nothing but the basics and a lot of chocolates, we paid for everything we had the bill and when we got home we were missing things in the bag.
Be very careful if you go because it is a very touristy part of the city it is twice as expensive as elsewhere.

The Security guards in the evening are horrible, Un respectful, rude. And then we got missing items when we arrive home. Be aware to enter to the shopping plaza you need to put your belongings by the security check. I f you get something missing or some one still from you on that time. You will need a police report so they can see the cámaras. By that time the person that still from you will be far! Horrible experience to get there and overall on that shopping plaza. Unbelievable you will think security check will be to keep you save and secure. Products just the basics. Personal n store are ok.
