Me gustó mucho la comida ,la verdad bastante accesible los precios ,el sabor bastante bien ,los meseros super amables , solo que tuvimos que compartir mesa no había para 2 personas , y un poco raro .. pero si volvería !!!

La primera y última vez que voy.
La comida en general no tiene mucho sabor o está mal cocida como la carne , la crema es casi agua se ve muy rebajada y las papas muy duras. quizá lo único que te llegue a gustar son los postres y la atención al cliente no es muy bueno. Gasten en otro restaurante.

Había visto buenos comentarios y decidí ir pero parece que este lugar es para la gente que busca comer mucho sin importar la calidad o el sabor. Entiendo que es bastante accesible pero hay muchas opciones similares en Playa y de verdad son mucho mejores. Opciones reducidas, en solo dos carritos. Dos opciones de carne, bistec de cerdo y relleno negro creo, postres era fruta y gelatina. Creo que se brinda ese servicio porque la gente lo permite o porque no se dan oportunidad de conocer otros lugares, un desperdicio de dinero, lo bueno que fue poco.
Un lugar agradable, una gran variedad de comida. Buen sazón siempre hay lugares 100% recomendado. 👌.

Popular among mexicans, but unfortunately, it wasn't my type of food (fried eggs, fried sausages, fried plátanos, omelettes, beans, chilaquiles were just smashed tortillas with nothing, and very few more things). Only eggs tasted ok, however you can get them somewhere else for a better price than 245 pesos :)
it’s a really nice place was nicely greed it by host, they didn’t have fruit I asked for a plate and they got it for me and my wife the server come over to let us know last call on buffet and Manuel the manager come over to ask how everything was I give this place a 10 for a buffet good job Manuel . Will come back when I’m in playa .

Beach buffet at all inclusive. Good is better than the regular buffet with a smaller selection. Good for lunch while hanging by the pool and beach.
Excelente establecimiento, el buffet nos costó alrededor de 170 pesos mexicanos por persona y la jarra de agua de 2 lts esta en 100 pesos mexicanos más o menos, el sazón del chef es muy muy buena y otro punto bueno es que encuentras platillos que pican y muchos otros que no por lo que hay para todos los gustos, eso si no hay muchas ensaladas pero hasta el nombre del lugar lo dice, bien mexicano, igual los postres están deliciosos y además hay una mesita donde encuentras desde chile piquin hasta lechera o miel de abeja para los postres además tienen tortilla de comal en todo momento, otro punto bueno es que a pesar de estar en el mero centro de la CDMX el precio es muy accesible, lo unico malo son los baños que no están muy bien y el local le falta más temática pero si lo que quieres es comer es una muy buena opción.
Clean restaurant with a surprising wide range of daily Mexican cuisine choices. Includes a healthy salad bar with trustworthy vegetarian options. Also daily made fruit fresh water . Prices are excellent 👌.

There is a pretty good range of food and the food is good. The staff are usually nice and very attentive, filling up your drinks when they are running low, however one staff member ranted at me and 2 of my friends for sitting 3 people at a 5 person table. Would have been 5 stars if it wasn’t for that.
Good food choice but Extremely busy. I recommend going to the iPanema grill where there is less people and just as good food choice
Easily the most convenient location in the resort for breakfast...which also means a line to get in each morning. When the line gets too crazy, they try to divert guests to the other restaurants to lessen the wait. If you go, try the churros!! Our favorite part were the warm, freshly made churros.
It was the staff for me. By the end of our two week stay, we felt like we were leaving family. We often arrived for breakfast the same time each day so we got the same servers who were patient with my little one and allowed him to order for himself. They also knew our orders and asked us just to confirm. I enjoyed breakfast here over Frida’s and Ipanema/Toro because it was more space, again I knew the servers and they offered specialty items like churros and other goodies each morning unlike the other places. My omelette was always cooked to perfection here. The bacon tasted better and the tacos were better to me. My son agreed the French toast was better here as well.
We often ate most dinners here because I would either 1) get off work late, 2) reservations would be limited or 3) we were tired of the restaurants. This place does run its course after a week. We did enjoy the variety the buffet offered to try different things at your own pace and be in and out.

Exquisito todo lo que se ofrece, muy buen sabor y de calidad los alimentos, no se diga la atencion
Dentro del Hotel Isla mujeres Palace, el personal muy atento, encuentras platos a la carta, el Angus al vacío un corte a la parrilla exquisito totalmente recomendable!! Las entradas de tacos riquísimas y los postres deliciosos...
The food is great but sadly the service was terrible. We went there several times after going to the spa, which is very close, and we did not get treated like we expected. Usually the wait staff finds you a seat but they never even looked at us when we came in and had to ask where to sit. Even though the restaurant was empty our "server" spent his entire time folding napkins and I had to get the drinks at the bar while the other waiters would get drinks for their section. The plates piled up at our table, and even the bar tender and the cook looked very displeased and upset that they were working. Their job is to make guests feel happy and they failed completely at that.
La comida esta deliciosa pero desafortunadamente el servicio fue terrible. Normalmente los meseros nos dan asientos pero cuando entramos nos ignoraron. Aunque el restaurante estaba vacío nuestro mesero estaba sólo doblando servilletas y teníamos que agarrar nuestras bebidas de la barra y los platos se acumularon en la mesa. Los otros meseros si estaban bien prestos a su sección. Aún el de la barra y el cocinero no se veían contentos. Su trabajo es hacer que los huéspedes se sientan felices y no lograron eso.

I don't even know why it is call buffet. They only have to main dishes. Very low quality chicken. There is no brest or thighs. They only have legs and the rest of the chicken most of them is bone.
The second dish is very very spicy pork chops.
The dessert section only have pineapple and strawberry cake the rest of it is empty .
The only thing that I will say is ok was the small salad bar.
I would give them 0 stars if it was possible.

Огромный выбор на завтрак , обед и ужин, всё свежее , приготовлено качественно. Всегда в наличии несколько видов мяса и морепродуктов. Неплохой выбор фруктов. На ужин каждый раз новая тематика. Обращайте внимание на блюдо от Шефа. Персонал приветливый, обслуживают быстро. В зале работает кондиционер, есть терраса.
Restaurant dont la qualité est exceptionnelle. Il s'agit du restaurant qui est ouvert aussi à midi et qui fait partie du all inclusive de zen grand velas et ambassador. Les plats sont divers et variés et de très bonne qualité. Vous pourrez manger dehors le long de la mer ou à l'intérieur et ce sans réservation à midi. Ne vous privez pas de ce plaisir et allez y faire un tour si vous êtes amateur de gastronomie au lieu de vous faire servir des tapas ou hamburgers au bord de la piscine...

Il y a Plusieurs buffets à disposition a plusieurs endroits différents de l'hôtel.
Les choix sont variés des entrées aux desserts.
Tout est vraiment très propre et les serveuses et serveurs sont vraiment très polies.
Vois choisissez une table et un serveur vous chouchoute comme si vous etiez dans un vrai restaurant, ils vous servent les boissons de l'apéro au digestif en passant par le vin rouge, blanc ou rosé.
Les serveuses et serveurs nous ont toujours accueilli avec un grand sourire et une grande sympathie.
A n'importe quelle heure on peut y trouver un buffet ouvert.
