My stay at the Four Seasons Resort in Punta Mita was a delightful and memorable experience. The resort is beautifully situated in a stunning location, offering breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. The grounds are impeccably maintained, and the attention to detail in the landscaping and decor truly enhances the overall ambiance.

One of the standout features of this resort is its cleanliness. Every area, from the rooms to the common spaces, was spotless and well-kept. This level of cleanliness significantly contributed to my comfort and enjoyment during my stay.

The staff at the Four Seasons Resort were friendly and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident, and it made a positive impact on my overall impression of the resort.

While my stay was very enjoyable, I believe there is always room for improvement. A few minor tweaks could elevate the experience from great to exceptional. For instance, enhancing some of the amenities and offering more personalized touches would add a special charm to future visits.

Given the wonderful time I had, I look forward to the possibility of returning to the Four Seasons Resort in Punta Mita. It would be amazing to see how these small enhancements could make an already fantastic resort truly outstanding. I’m eager to see what new experiences the resort has to offer in the future and would be thrilled to return to create even more wonderful memories.

Beautifully designed hotel! I was in the king bed ocean front view. Gorgeous views poolside are great!! Customer service was consistent and attentive. Breakfast was included with our stay which was a lot of food! The beach wasn’t the best due to seaweed but pool and jacuzzi made up for it. Very close to airport! 10-15 min drive. 5/5 stars ⭐️

If you get an opportunity to visit Punta Mita - just do it!!! You won't regret it! And the Four Seasons Resort is spectacular... the most gorgeous location, with 2 amazing beaches, 3 gorgeous pools, and the best staff ever! Thank you to GM, Dennis for looking after us all so so well.

+ Newer, clean hotel. Beautifully appointed rooms with large private balcony and oceans views. Nice clean very private beach. Good service although low occupancy at time of our stay (Feb 2023). Tranquil clean spa area.

- Difficult to sleep due to extremely uncomfortable firm pillows. No shuttle service (paid $50 USD per trip for the hotel to transport us to Margarita’s on the Hill restaurant (highly recommend) located directly across the street from property - it was dark so we didn’t feel safe to walk off campus due to traffic and etc). Massage was not affordable on high end of typical U.S. rates + 20% service charge automatically added (disclosed upfront though). Food and food selection could use improvement (cocktails were decent). Terrible tacos.

Overall I would stay here again but will be more mindful of making advance transportation arrangements for dining off property which I would recommend since overall food is lacking in taste (personal preference).

Wonderful.
Small boutique hotel with beautiful rooms that are spacious and well thought out. Luis look after us, and facilitated us in moving room as our air conditioning broke during our stay. The breakfast was delicious and enjoyed in the courtyard. The hotel is perfectly located in the centre whilst the street is pedestrianised which keeps traffic noise down. There is a lovely little sun terrace and large stone jacuzzi if you want to relax and read in peace. The personal touches were appreciated. Thank you. We loved it!

One of my favourite spots on earth now. Personnel is very helpful, place is in the middle of paradise, surrounded by nature, animals, the sea - you can hear the waves and animals at night. Beach is beautiful and wild, almost no people. Food was good and the rooms perfect. I was a bit reluctant about the open room because of the bugs, I am allergic and I had no issues at all; also, there is no aircon but it is really not necessary. I give the hotel 5 stars because there is no more to give, I would go back any time. Loved it.

Enjoyed our stay here, beautiful part of the coast close to Casa Wabi. Hotel has incredible design, but facilities lack a bit the high standard the price implies. Rooms are pretty hard to get to, especially at night. We preferred Hotel Escondido (owned by the same group) because of the direct beach location.

This is a great place if you are into sustainable hotels and want to get away from civilization. All energy consumed at this hotel is self generated green energy, so don’t expect air conditioning in the rooms. The architecture is unique and contrasts nicely with the environment. The rooftop pools are very nice. Privacy is limited because the rooms are next to each other. In general, it’s an interesting experience for couples wanting to get away from it all.

Solo quería contarles mi experiencia anoche en el hotel; Tuve una gran experiencia con el desayuno y la cena, el personal de la cocina fue muy educado y con un gran servicio al cliente y la comida en sí era muy buena.
La mala experiencia fue en la habitación; el dispensador de jabón de la ducha del baño no funcionaba, los pisos no se barrían porque había mucha suciedad, pero lo peor fue en la mañana cuando descubrí que el covertor de la cama en la que dormi tenía manchas de sangre, por lo que claramente significaba que no lavan cobertores. Definitivamente no volveré.

I had a wonderful stay at Amparo. I loved my room-El Jardin. It was quiet and clean and the decor was so charming. The patio area (off the room) was so serene and lovely with a fountain adding to the peaceful vibes. It was hard to leave the quiet of the hotel but always nice to come back to such a relaxing space. ROOM-So inviting. STAFF- So lovely & helpful. BREAKFAST-Included & delicious and they accommodated my sans gluten and vegano. BAR- Such a cool vibe and Gabriel makes amazing drinks. COFFEE BAR-much needed and so adorable. LOCATION-Perfect. I just loved my stay and will definitely book the next time I am in town. Check out photos-Instagram @keeplefttravel
