This airport seemed to be clean, new, and well laid out. Basically collected our luggage and left right away to go downtown via a shuttle. The information desk was easy to find and the agent was able to speak English to help us out. Seemed to be fairly well labeled for everything in multiple languages. We knew where we were going, we just wanted to double check.

The airport has quite a few shopping options in terms of food, souvenirs etc. Another great thing is the plentiful and comfortable sitting areas. Security and passport control were fast and the bathrooms are nicely designed and well maintained.
On the improving side..I would suggest installing toilet seats and cleaning the escalator going to gates A and B more often(plenty of dust and garbage)

A nice airport. We had a great experience. Arrivals are easy. We found the bus to the city center with no problem. At departure, security was fast and efficient. The waiting areas were plenty with a lot of restaurants and shops. The airport was very clean. The people at the Information Counter were very helpful. We really enjoyed our visit to Naples. Great city with wonderful people.
Best goed eigelijk, had alleen handbagage mee. Dus heb gebruik gemaakt van de bagage banden. Vervoer van vliegveld naar stad met de Alibus. Je hoeft niet in dec rij te staan vh ticket automaat, betalen kan ook bij de bus.
Persoonlijk ervaring toch beetje chaos.
Later/van gate veranderen en wij maar weg en weer lopen om de schermen te volgen.

Kleinschalig, net en fijn vliegveld. We zijn vanaf hier teruggevlogen naar Nederland en ik kan alleen maar positief zijn over dit vliegveld. De service medewerkers zijn erg aardig en behulpzaam, de toiletten zijn schoon en alles liep op rolletjes. Wat ook erg fijn was, was dat er een aparte security-check is voor families. Je kunt hier in alle rust door de douane met je kids en het ging allemaal vrij vlot. Ons vliegtuig vertrok daarnaast ook netjes op tijd en alles was goed geregeld. Niks dan lof!
