Honestly this airport has been a nickel and dime with splashes of rude. The MOST non friendly airport I’ve ever been in. After having to pay to check our carry ons then stand in line again… we asked someone (who works here) where we could have a seat cause everything was blocked off, she proceeded to look at us then turn around. Not to mention out gate wasn’t posted tell 10:30 and our flight left at 10:45. Good bye Italy ✌🏼
We found the Venice Marco Polo Airport to be very quick and convenient. Even though there is quite a bit of construction work in progress the way to go is well marked. There are also ample people to give directions. Immigration was straightforward and quick and all of the staff are friendly and helpful.
A small one but nice airport. The only issue here is the long wait for passport control. There are 8 counters but only 2 works at one time, passengers stand for hours in the line.
Super Anbindung Mailand mit Metro U Bahn. Handgepäckkontrolle ohne große Wartezeiten. Lounge ist ebenfalls in Ordnung
Der Flughafen bietet für Menschen mit Behinderung nur Probleme. Niemand interessiert sich ob man einen Behindertenausweis vorzeigt oder nicht. Es gibt keine separate Sitzplätze am Gate für Menschen mit Behinderung.
Wir haben drei Mitarbeiter gefragt, alle haben uns weiter in die Warteschlange gestellt.
Die Mitarbeiter sollte mal ordentlich geschult werden.

Ich war das erste Mal in Bergamo und kann nichts negatives sagen.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich, der Sicherheitscheck war schnell und unkompliziert. Genug Sitzplätze waren in meinen Fall auch vorhanden.
Kostenloses WLAN gibt es auch.

Ich bin seit November 2022 schon 6 mal hier gelandet bzw gestartet und ich war insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist fast immer sehr freundlich, der Check-In läuft sehr schnell, auch die Verkehrsverbindungen nach mailand mit dem Bus ist super. Über den PKW Parkplatz reden wir heute nicht, die Streckenführung und die permanenten Baustellen sind eine Frechheit
Send your employees to a refresher course in Malpensa. 2 hours and 5 minutes. It looks like unplanned evacuation flights with refugees, but no, these are regular tourist flights. With no EU tourists who also like that one from EU come here to spend money and with italian residents who have only permesso di soggiorno but no passport. Same time the second line with no EU passports moves faster. But you're stuck in the first one behind the barrier.
Worst airport ever with 0 organization. My husband arrived 2 hours before his flight (even if he didn't have to check his luggage) and he almost missed it. The waiting time for security check was saying 22 minutes and he spent more than 1.5 hours queueing.
The line was until after the exit of the Arrivals, we travel very often and we have never seen anything like this in any airport.
There were parents with young babies waiting in line for hours as they closed the fast track for families and people trying to skip the queue with no staff from the airport there to manage the situation.
How can it be that during these holiday weeks a busy airport like this is so badly managed?? There were only 10 security gates open out of 14, unbelievable.
The line was until after the exit of the Arrivals, we travel very often and we have never seen anything like this in any airport.

Es ist ein kleiner, aber sehr gut strukturierter Flughafen. Bei der Ankunft sind es sehr kurze Wege bis zu den Taxis. Beim Abflug gefällt mir die sehr schnelle Sicherheitskontrolle und die zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alles ist sehr gut ausgeschildert. Der Flughafen ist sehr sauber. Für mich die erste Wahl, wenn ich nach Mailand fliegen will.
