An absolutely lovely meal! We enjoyed all of our food and basically licked our plates clean. The Spätzle was outstanding. We also really enjoyed the Gurkensalat and schnitzel. Don’t miss dessert!! Can’t wait to come back

Okay, let's begin.. I'm writing this review because I'm pretty pissed with this place and bad food is cherry on top.

So me and my friend entered the place with a happy attitude to taste some good India food.. We saw this popptlal uncle t y p e winter /manager.. He WAS EXTREMELY RUDE FROM THE BEGINNING. We asked for a table for two.. and he squeezed us in at the corner seat near the entry door.. And we saw as other people arrived table for 2, he gave them good places to sit. I went to the washroom to check available places, there was some tables empty and not reserved. I checked.. moving forward with food..

This was the WORST FOOD I've ever eaten in my life... I'm not exaggerating.. I once ate 10 days old dal (hard times..) but even then I didn't got stomach ache and nausea.. Here THE DAL MAKHANI WAS OLD... it smelled BAD.. me and my friend, we both got sick after just tasting this dal.. Chawal (Rice) were old.. you know you can smell OLD FOOD RIGHT? Some rice looked dehydrated, as it gets after long time for refrigeration.. The PANEER gravy was salty.. like I guess they have some stock of salt from daandi march left with them.. (historical joke!)

Complimentary to the exit part, we exited the door.. and noticed the Side banner of this restaurant.. and they have vertical positioning of Om Symbol (🕉️) - see photos.. it's really disrespectful to our culture.. please correct it.

The dining experience at this Indian restaurant was a mixed bag. The Chole Bhature stole the show with its amazing flavors, but the Kadai Paneer and Naan were just okay. While the service was commendable, the steep prices didn't quite match the overall taste. 💸🍲👍

Delicious schnitzel and wurst, huge portions, lovely intimate atmosphere! We went for late lunch around 15 and the restaurant was still very full, so keep that in mind and book a table when possible.

The waiters behave really nice in the beginning, but if you don’t tip them well you will see a totally new person. For a 44 euro bill we tipped 2euro. He said minimum 10% and threw the balance coins on the table! The waiter also followed us when we went out and said something in Italian to the owner with xxxxx Indian xxxx. Truly raciest people! Never dine here!

Food as good as always. Been going here for years and I always found the service very friendly and efficient. But...Went here recently and ordered a 1L bottle of red wine from the menu...the wine came and it was 0,75L. When we asked the server, he just said, "oh yeah, we changed that". Sorry, but you have to tell people that the menu is incorrect before. Was a bit shady. The 0,75L bottle was the price of the 1L.

Sind an einem Samstag bei schönstem Wetter extra noch raus aus Heidelberg gefahren um uns hier ein Eis zu holen, um dann um 20 Uhr vor verschlossenen Türen zu stehen.. Keine Erklärung an der Tür oder auf der Website. Sorry Leute, aber sowas ist einfach uncool und frustrierend!

Das beste Eis was ich jemals gegessen habe.

War seit einiger Zeit mal wieder dort und wurde bitter enttäuscht. Nun gibt es 2 Größen Eiskugeln, wobei ich behaupten würde, dass „groß“ eigentlich die normale Kugelgröße ist. Das Ganze nun für 1,9 (!!!)Euro die Kugel. Klein gibt es für 1,6 Euro, gefragt wird man aber eh nicht. Groß wird serviert. Ich hatte zuvor schon gemerkt, dass der Geschmack kontinuierlich bergab ging. Nun nochmals schlechter bei höherem Preis. Fruchtsorten schmecken immer verwässerter. Im konkreten Beispiel Ananas und …Beere. Pistazie hingegen hatte geschmeckt wie Karamell. Ich fühlte mich abgezockt und dann hat es noch nicht einmal geschmeckt. Das war das letzte Mal.

Nicht viel los gewesen, leckeres Eis. Kann man empfehlen. Auch nicht nur die 08-15 Eis Sorten. Fußgängerzone

Mir hat das Eis leider nicht geschmeckt.
Die Shakes sahen Klasse aus von meinen Mitkäufern.
War sehr enttäuscht über die Schokoladensosse die flüssig war,obwohl ich extra gefragt hatte ob diese hart wird wenn sie auf das Eis kommt!
Die Becher waren zu klein,Eis quoll über mitsamt der Sosse.
Sage immer vorher wieviele Bollen...Ich denke die Erfahrung war bei dem Mädel noch nicht so da.
Wie gesagt,war enttäuscht...hatte mich sehr auf die Sosse gefreut.Leider war da nicht mehr viel im Becher nach dem auspacken daheim.

Seit Jahren kein leckeres Eis mehr gegessen. Es ist unglaublich lecker und cremig. Zudem sind die Kugeln riesig und die Preise im Vergleich human, vor allem bei den Kugelgrößen.

ich wohne in Heidelberg und habe schon einige Eisdielen hier getestet. Diese Eisdiele ist mein Favorit und ich empfehle den Fruchtbecher! 😊 Der ist immer mit so viel Liebe dekoriert! Außerdem finde ich die ganze Eisdiele so authentisch und das Eis schmeckt super! Komme immer wieder auf einen Fruchtbecher vorbei!

It was a cozy restaurant, surprisingly it wasn't that crowded. The staff were friendly. Lot of vegetarian options. Very less waiting time. The service was good. For was quite tasty. Starters were crispy and the tastiest among the food. Probably the best Indian restaurant in Köln. We tried Gobi manchurian, and bindi fry. For Main course we had roti, kadai paneer and bindi masala.

Rude .. unfriendly .. narrow door .. narrow space for customers .. felt like I am in sardine pack inside .. expensive .... you definitely would find another much gelato few meters away with better staff .. wider space and likely more varieties .. thumbs down

This is not ice cream. Surely made with chemical flavors, both of us could not finish it. It’s really rare that an ice cream tastes that bad...
Plus: the guy is normally touching money than waffle but wearing a protection mark. Non sense. Anyway, just a tourist attraction to make money. Choose a better place.

For this little town of 10k people, it was a surprise to find something different.The four stars are for the very friendly service. The food is not truly Spanish but it is far better than the Pizza / kebab offerings that one normally finds in small towns.

Authentic Italian food. Really good service, fair prices, big portions. I recommend the pizza and the carbonara. Also delivers and accepts credit cards.

Eisdiele, wie sie sein soll! Lecker Eis, nette Bedienung. Zusätzlich gibt es innen und außen nette Sitzgelegenheiten. Das Ambiente allgemein ist sehr schön. Gerne wieder!

Excellent homemade ice cream and sorbet. Unfortunately there is usually quite a line, but the ice cream is worth it.
