Thanks for arranging such a wonderful and useful session. The trainer was experienced in explaining the managerial aspects/approaches to a project. I am associated with Adept from my ITIL-Expert and PMP certifications & am willing to continue the same spirit. Would love to refer my colleagues/friends going forward as well.
At Adept I had the experience of getting back to college days. I did my ITIL foundation and all the way through Intermediate (all 5 courses) under Life Cycle Management. All the courses were taught in very interactive way and was very useful in enhancing my knowledge. I would like to appreciate the support extended by the Adept team especially Dhanushya who had helped me in getting into the enrollment process and meticulous calls and emails to inform me about the venue, course training & exam dates. Training programs we executed in a very professional manner covering depth and breadth of the subject including proper coverage of allied subject and relation with other frameworks, resulting in over all comprehensive understanding of subject. Vijay is very knowledgeable instructor not only on the subjects but overall IT Industry scenario as well as teaching and certification aspect of the course. Thanks to complete Adept team, looking forward for further associations in future!
I would like to convey my special thanks to Dhanushya because she was very helpful and supportive during all my trainings. She helped me understand who process of training and related certification in the manner I wanted to understand by answering my questions. Also on couple of occasions when my money got stuck in between because of international money transfer, she even enrolled me while full payment could not reach Adpet account.
