What a treat this NP was. A beautifully maintained drive through and a great scenic stop from where to do one of several chiices of walks - we did a 3km circuit which we absolutely loved.

The Spit Park is a super location for families to enjoy the beach (watch out for dumping waves!). Lots of grassy areas and shady trees as well as nearby seafood and fish & chip outlets. Love walking out on the rock wall path.

Had about two hours walking the lovely Scultureum displays which were excellent & far exceeded our expectations. Both garden outside displays are terrific but for us the indoor gallery of priceless artworks was the best
