This magnificent museum holds a big compendium of the Yugoslavian history, especially focusing on Tito and his legacy. It is very meticulously curated, with artifacts from all over the world. Tito received many gifts from world leaders during his life. All these gifts tell a story about the relations of Yugoslavia and the world at that time.
There is also a gift shop with funny and nostalgic items. You need a good two hours to see the museum.
Z Centar
2021 Oct 06
This new shopping center is not that big as it was announced and advertised. The ground floor is significantly smaller than the first floor. It doesn't make a full circle like the first floor. On the first floor there are only 3-4 shops, all the others are still closed and in construction.
Maybe it will soon be complete, but in the meantime I'd rather visit the nearby City Center One.
The portions seem a little small, from what I saw on other people's plates. Now they finally have the boba tea again. They didn't offer it for the last year or so because of the pandemic (?)
We tried it, and were a little disappointed because the bobas are not made from tapioca starch (like they should), but instead they are little bubbles filled with syrup. At least the flavours are good (we tried maracuja with bluberry bobas).
The biggest shopping centre in this part of town. Usually not that busy as the other ones (City Center One).
The parking is always available, maybe because it's really big.
The mall is tidy and well-kept, with plenty of coffee bars (but no benches to sit on). The bathroom is modern and clean.
Pepco
2021 May 30
As every Pepco, this one has all the toys and kid stuff you need.
It's a little bit overcrowded with aisles and shelves, but it just means it has more stuff.
The staff is helpful and will help you find anything. It's open on Sundays.
