Phahon Yothin
2024 Jul 11
I recently visited Phahon Yothin MRT Station and was impressed by its location, close to Central Plaza Ladprao, Union Mall, and Chatuchak Weekend Market. The station is heavily used by a diverse crowd, including office workers, food vendors, tourists, and students. It's wheelchair accessible and very clean. The staff are efficient and helpful, ensuring smooth operations. Despite the MRT being around for many years, the station is well-maintained. I highly recommend using this station for its convenience and excellent facilities. Overall, it offers a great experience for daily commuting and exploring Bangkok.
Merdeka

Merdeka MRT Station in Kuala Lumpur offers a serene commuting experience. Its cleanliness and tranquility, complemented by almost functional escalators and lifts, ensure seamless travel. Additionally, its integration with Plaza Rakyat LRT Station enhances accessibility, making it a convenient hub for navigating the city's transportation network.
Keramat Mall
2023 Nov 12
Keramat Mall presents a disheartening picture of neglect and decline. Worn down long before the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, the mall appears more abandoned than operational. Numerous small businesses have shuttered, creating a desolate atmosphere, especially on weekdays. Despite its proximity to Damai LRT Station, the grim state of the mall deters potential visitors. Parking is a precarious venture, pushing commuters towards LRT or GrabCar for convenience. The adjoining Mini UTC Keramat, however, stands as a saving grace, drawing occasional foot traffic.
The mall's dismal condition extends to its facilities, with public toilets marked by dirt and unpleasant odors. Maintenance is visibly lacking, contributing to an overall pitiful ambiance. Despite these shortcomings, a silver lining emerges in the form of a Melayu-centric food court, offering tasty dishes at reasonable prices. Without the anchor of Mini UTC, Keramat Mall struggles to justify visits, leaving one to ponder its continued existence amidst a rapidly evolving retail landscape.

Kenangan Coffee KLCC
2023 Oct 14
Kenangan Coffee, nestled near Suria KLCC's LRT entrance, offers a robust Kenangan Latte that blends strength with creaminess—ideal for a pre-office caffeine boost. The menu boasts enticing options like Creamy Latte, Thai Tea, and Milo Dinosaur Kaw. While prices align with the upscale KL business district, the service hits an average mark. For those seeking a potent yet velvety coffee experience in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Kenangan Coffee delivers, albeit with a slight premium cost.

The mall's pristine upkeep is evident, contributing to a sense of comfort and cleanliness. Visitors can bask in a feeling of security and tranquility, making it a desirable destination for leisurely shopping and dining experiences.
