Lifco

Lifco Supermarket, located opposite the Museum of the Future, was a total disappointment for me. From the moment I entered, there was a strange, unpleasant smell that suggested an old environment. The spaces inside were not very clean, which added to the negative experience.

While the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, it couldn't compensate for the overall poor conditions. I bought some almond croissants, but they were so bad that I had to throw them away—they were totally inedible. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this supermarket based on my experience.
My experience with Goldcar at Seville Airport was great from the moment I arrived at the check-in counter to the moment I returned the car and checked out. The entire process was super professional, and the team, from the desk staff to the lady who delivered the car, operated seamlessly without any issues.

I did notice some small damages on the car that were not initially pointed out on my contract. However, this was easily resolved by taking a few photos and sending them to the provided email address during the contract process. Upon car delivery, the staff was aware of the situation, and everything proceeded smoothly. It's always a good practice to thoroughly inspect your car when receiving it, as there isn't a team member present with you during the pick-up process. You make the contact, complete the payment, and collect the car on your own.

The car I received was within the same category that I had booked online, and it felt almost brand new with just 10,000 km on the odometer. There was a damage deposit of 1500 euros and an additional 135 euros for the fuel tank. However, if you return the car with a full tank and without any damages, the deposit is not deducted from your card, and it is canceled.

Before returning the car, I took 10 minutes and spent 3 euros at a nearby petrol station to vacuum and clean the car as a courtesy. Additionally, I paid an extra 100 euros for border crossing into Portugal.
Área de Conforto Colibri in Grândola is exceptionally clean and offers a delightful selection of local traditional sweets for those who want to indulge in local bakery delights. They also have a wide range of regional goods and food products available. It's a wonderful place to explore and discover some local flavors.
Stansted Airport may appear somewhat simple and outdated, but it provides all the essential facilities to ensure a smooth and efficient passenger experience. Upon arrival, even with a large number of people needing to go through passport control, the process is swift, and within a short time, we are out of the airport even before our luggage reaches the baggage carousel. On departures, everything runs smoothly, and the availability of numerous open security check booths makes the process quick and efficient. The tax-free shopping area is spacious and offers a variety of different types of businesses.
The Shah Du Shamshira Jamia Mosque in Kabul is an architectural masterpiece that left me in awe during my visit. Stepping inside this magnificent mosque was like stepping into a world of exquisite beauty and tranquility. The attention to detail in its decoration is truly remarkable and showcases the rich cultural heritage of Afghanistan.

The mosque itself has a fascinating history dating back to the 1920s when it was built by King Amanullah Khan. It is named after its distinctive feature—a row of seven arches, each adorned with a shining sun (shamshira in Persian). This unique architectural design adds a touch of elegance and symbolism to the mosque.

As I explored the mosque, I couldn't help but admire the intricate craftsmanship on the walls, ceilings, and pillars. The delicate patterns, vibrant colors, and detailed calligraphy all contribute to a sense of grandeur and reverence. One of the highlights of my visit was ascending the minaret of the mosque. From the top, I was rewarded with a breathtaking panoramic view of the surroundings. The sweeping vistas of Kabul city and its surrounding mountains were simply mesmerizing. It provided a unique perspective on the city's layout and the beauty of its natural surroundings.

Visiting this mosque not only allowed me to appreciate its stunning aesthetics but also provided a deeper understanding of the rich heritage and traditions of Afghanistan. It is a testament to the resilience and cultural identity of the Afghan people.
