Glad to have a restaurant grade of western food within a neighborhood. Price point is considered high if you were to compare with neighbourhood coffee shop western food. But it’s unfair to do so. I would say that for this price point you could be paying for the food and the effort and ingredients to prepare. Sacrifice made for the non air-conditioned environment and plastic chairs being rebated back as savings.

Found this cafe located amongst HDB estate. Was happy about the brunch menu available till 3pm; waffles with ice cream and spicy wings which sauce is addictive and leaves me wanting more. No gst and no service charge. Only accepts cash and nets or paynow. All is good except for the lingering food scent on your clothes after the visit. Last but not least; I appreciate the very clean toilet they have in house.

Interesting brands of cafe and eateries that are not a repeat of the city or other towns. Of course some same major common brands will still be here…. But it was fun to be walking in a non air-conditioning mall like building. Similiar to Star vista at bouna vista kind of vibes.

Spacious layout for units and master could accommodate a bath tub. Just newly renovated children’s playground with facilities like mini basketball court and re-decked poolside flooring. Tennis court also well maintained. Covered walkway till lakeside mrt. 50m lap pool at 1.2m deep. I hope for more outdoor seatings by the poolside with shade made available for residents to enjoy the various pools.

Five stars for a food court with reasonable local prices, nice environment with live fishes. Its an equivalent to a cafe for relaxation vibes…. Perhaps im not here during peak and office hours… but im happy to have found this place to chill while waiting for kids or to pass time. Please maintain the fishes… such a pleasant display feature.
