101 West 14th Street
101 West 14th Street is a contemporary residential condominium located at the intersection of Chelsea, Greenwich Village, Flatiron, and Union Square in New York City. Designed by ODA New York and developed by Gemini Rosemont, the building stands 13 stories tall and encompasses approximately 82,776 square feet. 
The building comprises 44 residential units, offering a range of layouts from one to four bedrooms. Notably, nearly half of these units are duplexes, providing residents with spacious living arrangements. 
Amenities within the building total around 10,000 square feet and include a second-floor fitness center, 24-hour concierge service, refrigerated storage, and both indoor and outdoor spaces designed for work, relaxation, and entertainment. 
From an architectural perspective, 101 West 14th Street features a distinctive stacked façade with extensive glass elements, allowing for abundant natural light and offering residents expansive city views. The design integrates seamlessly with the surrounding urban environment, contributing a modern yet harmonious presence to the neighborhood.
