The floor though had lots of scattered popcorn. other than that, it was awesome!

Big and busy airport with world-class facilities and establishment. Super convenient with the train station attached to it.
Staff are very polite especially the immigration officers. Convenience stores are also availablem

This is a good shopping center. It gets crowded when there are events in Legazpi City like Magayon festival or Ibalong festival or when there are visitors like actors and actresses. This is at the city center, walking distance from UST-Legazpi Peñaranda campus or Tanchauling College, or from St. Jude Parish and St. Raphael parish. There are good choices of restaurants from the 1st to 3rd floor.
The movie house is really good compared to SM City Legazpi's. The LCC department store and supermarket are attached to it, so it is very convenient to do the shopping here.
At the 4th floor or rooftop, you can enjoy the majestic view of Mayon Volcano (when the whether permits 😅).
