Free Admission. Small museum highlighting some of the treasures recovered from Rhodes Harbour. Plan to expand it as more items are recovered in ongoing archaeological work.

Could do with a bit better lighting, it is a little dark throughout the museum.

Cosy pub with short but quality menu and an excellent selection of local beers. Specials most nights of the week but hard to go past the 3 quid an ale offer on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Friendly staff and walkable from Broadmead and from many of the nearby hotels near Temple Meads.

Rare to see a Lenin statue still standing outside of Transnistria, and this is a good example in front of the government offices.

Striking monument to the Great Patriotic War and the defeat of the Nazi's. Access via subway to avoid the ever entertaining Minsk drivers (I witnessed a spectacular crash while admiring the monument).

Some impressive engravings surround it, with an eternal flame burning in front. Pop down into the subway to see the Victory murals and artworks.

Small museum dedicated to the foundation of the Belarus communist party. Most of the exhibits are not in English.
