We tried different noodles and they tasted good, but prices might be high for locals. The atmosphere is nice, service is quick, but they don't offer a wide range of authentic Japanese food. I also had a tasty mocktail.

I liked the atmosphere of the place. Just like a pub in the UK. Not a noisy place. You can play pool paying hourly. Menu choices are simple but portion sizes are reasonable for what you pay. Food quality is also good. There are also smoking, non-smoking areas and meeting rooms.

On a weekday, went to the Harbor Room's Dinner Buffet. The buffet was reasonably priced. There was also an average buffet spread. The service is good. The food was also in good taste. The special thing about this restaurant is that it offers spectacular views of the Colombo harbor.

Went to a Weekend Dinner Buffet here. Staff was kind enough to arrange a complimentary birthday cake piece as we went for a birthday dinner. The place was crowded but the staff cared about the customers very well. The buffet had a good selection including Indian, Continental, Sri Lankan, Italian sections and a salad bar. Food was great but not exceptionally tasty. The desserts were even more delicious. Overall I can recommend this place for a meal at an expensive price tag.

In Cinnamon Grand Hotel, prices are high. They have cakes, sweets, sandwiches, and cafe drinks like Latte. Comfy seating in the cafe and hotel lobby. Good for spending time. Cakes and drinks are good, but it can get crowded even with the high prices.
