This is a great outdoor display of historic buildings. It has a very nice gift store. We were on an excursion from our cruise ship and so had a limited time at the museum. I expected more of a living history display with people in period costumes, etc. We did have an excellent show of folk dancing, compete with period costumes, which was nice. I was pushing my wife in a wheelchair, and that was challenging at times on the gravel paths but we managed.

This is a lovely square that is convenient to get to by bus. My only criticism is that we were using a wheelchair for my wife and it was not very friendly for handicapped access. It could be done only with patience and a lot of effort.

Santiago was our last stop after a month long cruise. We were looking for a vegetarian restaurant and we couldn't have food a better place. The food and service were fantastic. The environment is casual with a distributive flair. Street dining is also available.
