This stadion is a functional architecture masterpiece! Worth a visit to see how new functions have been incorporated into a classical 1930s design. It has hosted all kind of celebs, from sport stars to musical prodigies. A fascinating history and victory to the Fins that they have preserved the stadion - against all odds!

A shopping mall, the only one I found in Amman with regular brand stores. Check out the DNA store on first floor.

This is the #I Love Petra-sign. There’re at least two more, but without the #. Driving the Kings Way to Petra you will see it and a spectacular view of the entire valley. If this dont get an «Insta-moment» out of you, probably nothing will. You’ll see the siq, the entrance and also the bassin-area, alas, the monuments are hidden from here. Great parking facilities also!

We saw the show «Back to the Future - the Musical» which was a great and quite supprising show. Impossible to rate this theatre without the show, but I think the facilities was quite fresh and clean. The place itself was small but surprisingly it felt quite roomy. Nice bars and great selection of snacks and drinks. I recommend the show if you are here in 2024.

This is a tiny theatre, but very well kept. Its restored and there is still some minor excavations now and then. The amphitheatre is quite underwhelming if you expect a Colusseum, so adjust your expectations. Free to enter and a complete walkthrough will take 10 minutes. Advicable to take this together with the Alcazaba castle. Last entrance is 17:15.
