Decent pub with a great vibe and lively atmosphere. Bar service is quick and the prices good. Plenty of space too so even when busy it doesn’t feel too crowded. I’ll certainly be back.

This is a great bar and being set a little bit away from the main tourist areas means it’s always a little less packed than similar alternatives, yet still being in a good location. On a Saturday evening the atmosphere is lively with a DJ maintaining the vibe. The drinks menu is nice varied with some good cocktails and considering the setting the prices are actually quite reasonable. But best of all, of course, are the views which I love. You can see both north and south and at night the lights are beautiful. With plenty of seating letting you relax while admiring it caters to whether you’re wanting to party or chill, and it’s one of my favourite spots in the city.

Great little viewpoint with wonderful views over the less built-up parts of the city. It was really peaceful on my visit since there was no one else there but there’s a few car park spaces making it convenient. Even if you’re not in the immediate area it’s worth taking a detour to check out.

Small number of free parking spaces which is great, and a convenient place to start a walk around the North lake. The barrier to enter is pretty low and the speed bump very harsh, plus there's no other facilities, but it's fine for what it is.

Lovely large square with the impressive buildings to admire. It’s a shame that it’s still cordoned off with barriers so you can’t wander through the parks in the centre, instead being restricted to the perimeter, but fight to the front of the crowds and it’s still impressive. Plenty going on and to observe, with the services from the cathedral coming and going, and it’s a must visit for anyone’s first time in the city.
