I went for the cross training lower body, the class was pretty intense. I felt like it was more like a CrossFit style of workout. The instructor was motivating. As for the installations they are efficient without being stuffy. The changing rooms are pretty old school.

Great place to try reformer on a higher pace flow. I did the peach perfect class with Covadonga. The installations are great. Lots of equipment, clean showers, lockers and changing area.

I went for the booty and abs class. For English speakers the class was not that detailed, I felt like the pace was to rushed. The installations are good and clean. They also have some shower and lockers available.

I did the bbb class in studio A with Jamila. It was a circuit with several exercises and in the studio A they have a shower and some lockers

I really enjoy their barre class, the group lesson room has all the equipment needed. They have some showers available, they the 4 digit free lockers. To me the gym looks ok, it’s just not the newest- most beautiful one out there.
