The venue is great and the staff are lovely but unfortunately the food is bad.

I ordered the sausages, mash and gravy and was absolutely shocked by the gravy. It was genuinely stock water, it was clear, thin and flavourless and it was like pouring water onto my meal (see pic). Mash wasn’t great either. Sausages were great.

I asked a waitress if the kitchen could thicken it up or make some new gravy and the chef just put cornstarch or flour into it making it clumpy! It shocked us all that the chef couldn’t make a gravy and it’s actually embarrassing. I ended up using ketchup to just sauce up the meal.

The steak sandwich was super dry, the steak was just so well done and dry.

I’d probably come in for drinks again but never again for food unfortunately.

€15 seemed a bit steep for entry but it was a lovely view at the top. We had to wait a bit as the tower was at capacity and I shudder to think what it’s like during summer (we came in late Feb when it rained all day).

The staircase is one way and there’s a lot of stopping and waiting for people to pass. The information along the way is super informative and interesting.

I would like to reiterate other reviews that if you’re not physically fit you will have a tough time. If you’re also claustrophobic I wouldn’t recommend it either.

I would say you can get up and down in 20 mins easy and that’s with taking your time, reading everything and taking pics!

We came here on Valentine’s Day and had booked pretty far in advance. Unfortunately due to issues at the city venue they moved all their reservations from there to the shoreditch one on top of all the existing shoreditch reservations.

Because of this we got a bar table in the bar instead of a seat in the restaurant. The host recognised it was a crappy situation and did his best by giving us a booth in the bar. I think original bookings should’ve been kept the same as we missed out on sitting in the restaurant which is the vibe that we really were looking forward to and half the reason we booked.

It’s just a shame seeing all the pressure being put on wait staff who are working really hard over management decisions because in the end no one really won. Management weren’t the ones who had to disappoint people face to face but they did make the decision to.

The food was delicious on a positive note. Strangely the cabbage and kale was our favourite! Tacos were AMAZING! Our waiter was super lovely as well!

Overall the evening didn’t start great but it did end with delicious food.

Beautiful spot for a museum. The museums cafeteria is breathtaking- lovely view, definitely grab a coffee and snack there after. The locker system is easy and great.

My only complaint is that I thought it would be bigger, it’s much smaller than other modern art museums in other capital cities.

Came here for dinner and got 1 item each from each menu block as recommended. Definitely enough food. The food was so so delicious but just incredibly salty- everything was over-salted unfortunately. The taco was the show stopper for sure!
There was a bit of a wait between the 3 courses (50 minutes and 25 minutes) which felt a bit crazy but luckily we were happy to chat and catch up! The servers were lovely and maybe the wait times were an anomaly :)

I’ll definitely be back!!
