A pretty good museum offering some good attractions and is a good laugh. The Museum of Illusions is a great place to spend some time when in Budapest. Each illusion is unique, funny and is great for a photo opportunity. I like how this museum offers a student discount, it made the place much more affordable for us. I would say it’s a decent sized place, but it does seem to be over quite quickly, and I just with it had a bit more to it. Apart from this, I enjoyed it and the staff here were really helpful and friendly, even offering to take photos of me and my partner. Would recommend visiting here if in Budapest ! 😸

An okay museum that doesn’t particularly offer much. The museum could be good for school children, however, I didn’t find that there was actually that much inside this museum. I did like the Noah’s Ark exhibit, as I have never seen this in a museum before, so this was interesting. Apart from this, the place is rather dull, the gift shop is tired and not worth visiting and you cannot purchase any food or drink here. I did like how they offer student discount, making my entry very cheap which I appreciated. But overall, I’m not sure this place is worth visiting over other museums.

Probably the best airport I have flown from in recent years. I love this airport because it’s clean, high tech, easy to navigate and has some great facilities. Getting to and out of the airport is very easy and is always smooth. The staff here are very friendly and make it very easy to drop off your bag, check in and get through security fast and efficiently. The best part about this airport is the giant foot court at the top making it look like a shopping mall. There is so many food and drink options to choose from such as a Burger King, KFC, a sports bar, cafes, airport lounges, Asian food and more. The duty free has some good products available, and water here is of a reasonable price. The toilets are clean and there is charging points and USB ports all over this airport which is great. Love the other facilities as well such as the small meeting room pods that are scattered around the airport. Highly recommend flying from here !

A HUGE and beautiful station full of amazing shops, restaurants and convenience stores. This station is massive and has multiple floors with trains leaving from several platforms. There is a McDonald’s, a REWE, donut shops, book shops and more. Toilets are all mostly clean and only costs a small charge to enter. Signage could be a bit better as an English speaking tourist, can be a bit confusing at times. Apart from this, I love this station.

A massive shopping mall with some great shops and looks amazing. The East Side Mall is a very big shopping centre and has some amazing shops such as Urban Outfitters, Bershka, Uniqlo and more. I particularly also liked how they have a REWE in here (an amazing German supermarket) as this can be very helpful for topping up on groceries and getting snacks and drinks when out and about for the day. The food court is also great and has some amazing food selections for a good price. The toilets are kept clean and tidy, however, at the time of my visit, I have to say none of the cubicle doors were locking ? Apart from this, the shopping mall is amazing and is decorated in amazing ways and is great as part of a day out.
