I had a pretty bad experience here. I tried the shredded chicken spice bag last week and the chicken was undercooked and literally raw in the middle! I noticed it was chewy, and luckily spit it out straight away.

The quality of coffee is “ok”. Noting special, and the staff don’t have great knowledge of the menu so they don’t even recommend anything or as for soft skills like customer service, it is nonexistent. There are no choices on milk (no almond, no coconut or any dairy free milks). There is a strong smell of cigarette when you enter as people are allowed smoke indoors, so it is not really a healthy place to sit indoors and especially for children.

Great coffee, great desserts, and super friendly staff. The only issue is that sometimes it is super busy and hard to find a seat so maybe avoid at peak times if you plan to dine in, and generally the Wi-Fi is super bad and unreliable so it isn’t the best place for studying or working if you need access to the internet. Other than that, definitely worth visiting if you’re in Baku city.

They have a great Turkey sandwich, great orange juice and the coffee presentation is great (I love how they give you hot water with your Americano so you can choose the intensity of your coffee). The Wi-Fi is great too. It’s overall a good coffee shop if you want to do some studying or work on your laptop, on the same street you have United Coffee Beans which is usually a lot busier and smaller so it’s a great alternative if you’re looking for high quality coffee.
