Harmony Park downtown provides an excellent escape for a refreshing lunch break. The vibrant greenery and welcoming atmosphere make it an ideal spot to recharge, offering a delightful combination of outdoor tranquility and culinary enjoyment.

An indoor garden situated in the heart of downtown Calgary and within the mall. It is open all year round. The place is clean and well-maintained. If you are working nearby, it is a perfect place for lunch breaks to get away from the daily grind. Visiting the place makes you forget about stress and deadlines at work, even for just an hour.

Fresh, hot, and mouth-watering! They replenish the buffet often, and the price is reasonable! You can find a huge selection of international dishes. It may be packed, but waiting time is not long. The staff are friendly and approachable. It's one of my favourite go-to places in Calgary!

The quality of the "old" Asian Buffet is back! Choose from a variety of Asian delicacies. Delicious and fresh, food is always replenished on time.
Staff are approachable and attentive.
