Romios Restaurant
Great place with a nice outdoors terrace under the trees. Makes it for a very cozy place!
We really liked the menu and the food.
Ordered the Greek salad (although it has a good price it was not as good as others we’ve tried in the island), the fried octopus as starter (super recommended!) and the lamb kapamas (rhodian recipe, surprisingly good!).
Overall we had a great experience, they also brought us a small bite for desert, but we had 5 waiters throughout the service so sometimes they were a bit confused with our orders, didn’t bring us oil or salt for the salad, or forgot to bring us the check after asking for it 3 times.
But overall it was all very nice and the food we had was great!

Auvergne Cafe Bar Restaurant
Cannot add stars for the food in this place because we literally could not have it - we sat down for a quick refreshments stop and a little snack to continue with our museum journey. In a day with 30+ degrees we were actually thankful to find this place and see it had a nice terrace covered with trees. We ordered the cold small meze to share quickly (thinking if it was a cold started it would take less time), and 2 half a litter beers.
We were finishing the beers and the food was not coming yet, so we asked the staff and they told us in 5 minutes it would be ready. This was already 25 minutes after ordering.
After another 6 minutes we asked again, and only after 👉35 minutes in total, beers empty, they finished getting the meze ready. We needed to leave already as we were late for the next visit.
Overall a very poor experience. They didn’t even tell us, not once, that a cold starter would take longer than 30 minutes. The dish was not even that big and we saw countless of other warm dishes being served to other customers that arrived even later than us, not even after asking them twice for it.
The staff brought the dish when we were already paying for the beers and leaving.
Obviously not coming back.

Cafe Clock
We had the camel burger and the falafel salad in here and I must say I was positively impressed! I was expecting the meat to be dry but they cook it so well, it was one of the best non-beef burgers I’ve had. Very recommended if you’re in the area!
Rouvas Tavern
By the prices you would expect it to be amazing. Also after seeing the reviews. We ordered the beans which were heated up in the microwave and costed us 9€. Also the cod (which was not bad and also the reason why I’m going up to 2 stars). We’ve eaten better in other restaurants in Corfu for much less and better service.
Warung Makan Bu Rus
It felt like stepping into an oasis. We came in and immediately found ourselves in an inner garden next to a temple, far from the noise from the street traffic that was literally right there. All covered with trees and plants. 5 stars only for the place! But on top of that, the food was delicious and the prices were really cheap! We couldn’t believe it. It’s a really nice spot in Ubud if you’ve found yourself in the palace and temple area. I’d definitely recommend. I even made a little furry friend!
