Used to frequent this branch until the wait time became just too long for me. I was 3rd in queue and when I got my food (1 peanut toast), it was ~25mins. Not sure if this is within standard wait time across all branches or f&b of this nature. The many Grab orders coming through could be a factor. Would be appreciated if the management can re-assess the operating flow/procedures as I can see the staff were already doing their best.
