I recently ordered chicken shawarma from airport branch and was very disappointed. The taste has drastically declined since my last visit a few years ago. Moreover, the price has increased significantly, which would be acceptable if the quality matched. Unfortunately, it doesn't. I won't be returning and can't recommend this place anymore.
However, I would like to request the management team for a suitable remedy to solve the issues for a better customer satisfaction 🙏
