Great traditional french food restaurant located up in the medieval citadel of Carcassonne. The interior decoration is modern and elegant, and the terrace is very comfortable and has great views of the citadel towers and walls. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were generous. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The prices were reasonable for what we received. Overall, I think the quality of service was great. It was a great experience and I hope to return one day.
