Good affordable local seafood restaurant near the pottery workshops.
We ordered fried safi 3/5: small but tasty.
Butterflied grilled seabream 5/5: good spice rub in the crust, and juicy inside 👍
Fried shrimp 3/5: over seasoned for our taste and a bit spicy for the kids.
Siyadia (brown) rice 4/5: good flavors
Arugula salad 2/5: no dressing and the arugula was bitter.
Overall, good seafood but they need to add sauces like tahini or tamarind or tomato daggos or pickles of any kind.

Nice Egyptian restaurant with lovely decorations.
The service wasn't fast or very attentive but it was fine.
Now the food, first we ordered pickled eggplant 5/5, everyone loved the spices on top.
Orzo soup 5/5, rich broth and satisfying.

Mix stuffed plate 4/5, came only vegetables missing the mumbar as it stated in the menu. The flavors were good though.
Molukhia 5/5, big portion and decent price
Fattet kawaree 5/5, boneless and clean, flavorful as well.
Grilled lamb chops (ryash) 4/5, cooked right, not dried as ordered but the portion was smaller than expected.
Stuffed pigeons 5/5, one with rice which was better than the bulgur, but bot were crispy outside and flavourful inside. Came with pigeons broth soup 5/5, real good.
Kids grilled chicken 4/5, the chicken was juicy and delicious but the portion was very small even for 6 years old.
For dessert umm Ali 3/5, full of hazelnut and not very rich.
Overall, decent Egyptian food, a bit pricey but the whole ambience was nice.

Lovely experience in the garden seating in the back.
The weather was lovely, the garden was fun and relaxing, the food was really good and authentic.
For appetizers we ordered halloumi salad 4/5: refreshing and good
Stuffed grape leaves 5/5: one of the best I've tried
Hummus 4/5: tasty but needed some olive oil.
Fried meat samosa 5/5: the meat filling is excellent, even the kids loved them.
Grilled kubbeh 4/5: the meat was good but didn't taste the grilling on them.
Chicken mushroom penne pasta 5/5: the kids loved it.
Kebbeh belaban ( in yogurt sauce) 5/5: the best in town and must order, the perfect balanced yogurt sauce I've ever tried.
They finish the meat with a complimentary sweet cookies plate, very yummy
Overall, if you're craving authentic Lebanese food, this is the place for you. Good portions but a bit pricey, prepare to pay a big bill.
