Came here with my family. After 1 hour and like 40 minutes of waiting my mother came up to the cash register to check for our food and one staffed said "Hala. Wa pa nato na serve diay?" translates to "Wait. We didn't serve it yet?". We waited 2 hours for our food and it was served COLD. Staff def needs more training, if y'all want to eat somewhere and it's peak eating time DON'T GO HERE.
