The interiors are nice and pleasant, the food is just as good as the other places in the area.
But the attitude is rude and inhospitable. After buying a sandwich (panino) we wanted to sit outside for a few minutes, and were told (by the owner?) to leave. He said the prices are higher if you sit, which explains why the tables and chairs were mostly empty. In such a prime location, near the Duomo, the cafés should be bustling with tourists. A change of attitude is needed, some sympathy, hospitality and friendliness could go a long way !..
