Relatively it's a newly built residential complex.. Does not have many outlets open as yet.. The main entrance and lifts are very well maintained but towards the back side of the building there is only one lift functioning and that is also not at all upto the standard of the mall. Even the cleanliness is not up to the standard of the mall. The layout is very good and has spacious apartments with good finishing... They management of the complex is not efficient.. There is a mosque there but azan sound is not heard for the namaz time.. Which is quite weird..

The icecream is best.. The outlet needs to be fumigated.

Loved the fresh feel of the cafe. We were there for lunch. The food was great and all of us enjoyed it. The cafe needs to hire more staff as there was only one server and it was not easy for him to cater all tables.

The ferry we got from here was expensive almost double the price. It stopped on 4 places and took an hour extra to reach bursa from Istanbul.

Pathetic condition... It's a big disappointment. No proper place to sit no washrooms.
