Eduardo VII Park Playground
2023 Dec 30
What to say about the children's playground at the Parque Eduardo VII?
This is a beautiful park surrounded by green areas. It's set on soft grounds to avoid severe injuries by falling. There is a food and beverage operation next door, which makes it more appealing to parents as well. It could use some maintenance in some areas.
I highly recommend it.

Saldanha Residence

What to say about the Saldanha Residence Mall?
This is an amazing mall built under a residential building in Lisbon's business district. It features an open concept/construction structure that highlights brown beams on a black background, making it feel very spacious, especially as you go deeper underground.
There are many brands to shop and dine from, and disconnect from work for a bit, or just go for a stroll and buy yourself something.
I highly recommend it

Observation Deck Park Eduardo VII

What to say about the Observation Deck at the Parque Eduardo VII?
This is one of my favorite overlook points in all of Lisbon, as you can catch views of the city from the business district; the lush green areas of the park, as well as the maze; several landmarks; and the Tegus River itself.
At the same time, if you turn around, you can take in the monument related to the 25th of April revolution and the gigantic Portuguese flag.
I highly recommend it!

Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport

What to say about the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport?
It is a huge airport serving 2 cities, and it's nothing short of organized, clean, and full of places to eat, buy goodies, etc.
The airport participates in recycling. Most trashcans have separate compartments. There are many food options ranging from quick to full service and offering several cuisines from around the world. The speaker system is great, and you can actually understand what they're saying. Security checkpoints are efficient and follow the highest security guidelines.
I highly recommend it to fly into.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport

What to say about the Madrid-Barajas Airport?
This is a huge airport worthy of being in the country's capital city.
The quantity and quality of food and beverage, as well as retail outlets, is really amazing, no matter the gate.
It's worth mentioning that the connecting flight board is not placed on the main corridor when you exit the airplane. Only the flights for those gates are there. Instead, walk more towards the inside where you see the signs for Baggage Claim, and then you'll see the connections listed, and this board/screen is much bigger. Additionally, the signals to take the tram/train to gates S and others miss the opportunity of showing where the elevators are when you come from the right, as you see signs to turn there but it doesn't say that only escalators are available there, so you have crawl back out, passing these metal poles, to then find the elevators, which are crowded with people that don't need them, as they don't have wheelchairs, baby strollers, or other mobility vehicles, and they don't yield the right to use the elevator to those that do, but that's another matter in itself.
Other than that, this airport is very cool and modern, and ensure you won't be bored.
