I would never recommend this company to anyone. They charged us another full Day rental after only being 1 hour late. They also charged insurance at another full day rate. I explained to them there was a fire in the region of Oaxaca Mexico and the high way causing delays and they were not sympathetic at all. Zero points for customer service DO NOT HIRE WITH THIS COMPANY
