A nice aesthetic Buddhist place ! It looks especially nice after the renovations after 2020 since the repainting makes the Buddha look fresh and crisp, and now they’ve also added beautiful lotus shaped handlebars on the walkway to the top as well as lotus flowers everywhere! Plus we visited the wisdom path and also saw the entrance to starting the Lantau peak trail (which I’ve done multiple times before and I highly recommend it !!!)

This mall has always been one of the fanciest ones in hk. It has sky100, a mini ice skating rink, a cinema, tons of branded malls and a nice rooftop area where you get a beautiful view of the city. The reason why it’s called elements is because each section of the mall is divided into different elements (fire, wood, metal, water etc). It’s a huge mall with lots of things to do and look around so fret not! Plus the mall is directly connected to the Kowloon MTR station and the heritage museum along with the art park is a 10 minute walk away from the elements wall!

It was a beautiful island! I was actually shocked that even though it’s been 10 years since I last visited as a child with my family, the water quality is still so clear and blue ! I went with a tour group (I didn’t enjoy that really much) because they didn’t allow much time to spend on the beach. Coral islands is famous for 4 main activities: paragliding (1st stop), helmet diving (2nd stop), speedboat, banana boat (3rd stop). You’ll be taken to each of these islands one after the other and you can choose to pay and go for each of these fun activities or not. Before all this, my fam and I had to wait for quite a long time for the speedboat to take us to each of these islands. It’s just that the beach has A LOT of speedboats and tourists because it’s so popular and has always been popular so expect to see huge crowds if you’re going in the summer.

There wasn’t any people at all! I loved it because I didn’t have to wait for a line at all during the whole day apart from some major rides like the big water slide in the water park section of the siam park. Some of the rides were under maintenance but apart from that, they were pretty fun and I highly recommend going on all of them because since it’s a small amusement park, it’s pretty easy to be done with all of them. The water park section also can be done within an hour or two as well and most of the restaurants such as the buffet one is located at the water park section. Remember to bring some swim clothes!

Such a beautiful mosque mashallah, it’s super grand and situated very near other markets and attractions and it’s situated right next to the bosphorous strait. As usual, don’t visit during prayer hours or else you can’t enter
