Mall is great, and the boulevard too, not too crowded, but shops are not varied, there are no shops for babies.
Plus, it is NOT mother-baby friendly, no place for breastfeeding, and the diaper changing rooms in the toilets are DISGUSTING! I ca't go there with my baby, it feels that my baby would get an infection if I change the diaper there
