Such wonderful service! The server was friendly and not pushy at all. The chicken casserole is very good - generous portion and deeply flavored. Goes very well with the accompanied puffed fresh bread. There was complimentary tea and baklava at the end of the meal.

Great atmosphere here. Nestled right inside the Cultural Centre away from the noisy city traffic in front of a large water feature.
Coffee is just awesome. The baristas are so friendly and patient - willing to share their knowledge of coffee with customers. Their commitment to prep each cup of coffee is a joy to watch.

Humble restaurant - honestly not much to look at. Basic furniture and rather cramped inside. There's two areas - one with tables/chairs - probably 4 tables that seats 4, and another fully carpeted and meant to dine on the floor. There are available seating outside but with seafood there's a high risk of flies attacking your food too.
Menu is classically what you'll get from the Mina fish market - assorted grilled seafood, some seafood stews, assorted arabic mezze and salads. But the seafood is really good! We've eaten here three times and the food did not disappoint. Fresh, well cooked, and generously portioned. The accompanied rice is very addictive!
Service was friendly. Parking is ample at the public space. View is not great because it faces the port.
The old buildings flanking the piazza is beautiful. Well preserved and blends quite well with the restaurants and cafes below. The center of the piazza is filled with pop up stores and it is incredibly crowded. Skirt the to the side and enjoy the views of the piazza from there.
Beware of pickpockets.
No entrance fee required here. This village is a mix of residents still living in this ancient village and museum display of ancient homes.
The ancient houses on display is clearly marked with signages, and well presented within. You can track how the local residents lived 100 years ago - eg, the village blacksmith, local peddler's inn, magistrate's residence.
The village is pretty big with some trade by local residents for tourists (hanbok rentals, souvenirs, restaurants), though most of them are private residences.
Overall this village is very well preserved and interesting to explore.
